Description

In 1640, the independence of Portugal of Spain began, recognized by Carlos II in 1668 in exchange for Ceuta. The Portuguese monarchy will try to rebuild its empire again, until in 1807, the Royal Family starts to Brazil to avoid capture by the Napoleonic armies.
