Description
After the February revolution, Finland received a new Senate. The prime minister was social democrat. The Finns thought that with the deposition of the Tsar, the personal union of Finland with Russia was finished and that the powers of the ZAR should be transferred to the Finnish government. But the Russian provisional government did not agree and considered that these issues should be discussed in the Russian Constituent Assembly. The October revolution totally disrupted the Finnish policy, and when the Bolsheviks established the right of self -determination of all peoples, Parliament proclaimed independence on December 6, 1917. The emissions continue the previous model by removing the crown of the two -phase eagle
