Description

The last dynasty originating in the Han ethnicity (majority in China), which came to power with the collapse of the Yuan dynasty (the Mongol Dynasty created by the descendants of Genghis Khan). The discriminatory treatment of the Mongols with respect to the ethnic group Han, the hunger caused by the abandonment of the irrigated systems, the ravages of the plague … caused multiple revolts in the mid -19th century, including that of the red turns, next to a Buddhist secret society, and the one who would join who would end up being the first emperor of the Ming dynasty. The final stage Yuan, is more a struggle between rival groups, among which Zhu Yuanzhang will be imposed, than a true war against the emperor, which will end up fleeing to the north. The first emperor of the dynasty, which would adopt the name Hongwu, wanted to transform society, creating a warrior class that was locally supported by an autarkic economy based on agriculture. He undertook reforms to strengthen the peasants and end corruption, being himself of peasant origin. He undertook many other administrative, fiscal and military reforms, also making numerous purges. He only felt from his family, and I try that no local leader (civil or military) had enough power. He wanted to put an end to a nineteenth century full of pests, hunger and revolts, and although their reforms had great initial success, they would end up creating a rigid and closed system. With Yongle the dynasty is refunds, and the famous fleet of the Zheng He Treasury is created, which will make tax trips throughout the Indian. The Ming dynasty is more open to the world than ever, but this will end soon. The small ice age caused famines in northern China. In addition, at the beginning of the 19th, Japan and Spain became more strict in controlling control, causing a shortage of silver that ruined the economy. These facts ended up causing collapse and facilitating Manchu invasion.
