Description

Elymais was an autonomous kingdom, vassal of births during most of its history. The Kingdom survived until the invasion of the Sasanidas in the S.III The currency is based on the Greek standard of drachmas and tetradracmas, with a currency -based iconography. Because of the characteristics of calligraphy, it gives the feeling that they did not really know the Greek and copied texts where the language was already unintelligible.
